As my blog says, it's also about crafts. I started the blog as I wanted it to be a place where I can collect pics of my crafts, old and new. Here are some really bad pics of my older crafts, the photos are taken from photos, so the quality isn't that good. All of this stuff has been made for gifts, so you can imagine that my friends were relief when I had a long pause in crafting :D I've been joking to one of my friends Susanna about this crafting thing - she bought me as a Christmas present these lovely, warm, fake-fur mittens. The minute I put them on, the dogs tried to bite my hands as they tought that they were toys - so, I got the point, a really subtle hint - loose your hands and yippee, no crafts for presents any more! LOL :D
Some embroidery and other sewing things
Some Christmas wreaths etc
.
My Christmas village, which was destroyd when the pipes in the kitchen broke - I was really pissed off as I did the whole village from scratch, it took hours to finish it.
Some Easter stuff
candles and holders
A multi-talented lady, indeed!! Love the fish!
VastaaPoistaThe thing I like about minis is that they are *small* - you can hoard and collect and they still don't take up much space.
Glad your hands are still in one piece, Ira!
Well, for sure you deserved the last award Amigo Artesano!:) You are soo talented Ira!
VastaaPoistaWow! Love it all- you stay busy :) The christmas village is sooo cute- were you able to repair it? have a wonderful day!!
VastaaPoistaGlenda - yes, they are, but I have to admit I on purpose put the mittens on now and then as the dogs are so funny when they loose it - although it really hurts some time :D
VastaaPoistaThe Old Maid - your making me blush :) Thanks a lot and same to Kim. And no, couldn't repair it as the cardboard warped to all possible directions. Pity. I'm planning to do some day a small village again, I have a quite few of Putz houses already and will construct the village to look like them, as I love the vintage stuff :)
